Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach leaves


  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)


Directions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Wash the spinach and kale leaves thoroughly.

  • Peel the banana and avocado.

  1. Blend the Smoothie:

  • In a blender, combine the spinach, kale, banana, avocado, almond milk, chia seeds, and almond butter.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add honey for extra sweetness and a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
